Going to Cha Chaan Teng in Hong Kong is as usual as the British going to a pub. Every Hong Konger probably has their best Cha Chaan Teng food. Wamimichi Noodle Bar in Hendon offers a great variety of authentic and classic food such as deep-fried chicken thigh with chips, stir-fried noodles, Hong Kong style french toast, congee, milk tea and many more.

In my first visit, I was actually amused by its thick menu which lists a rich option of food and beverage. It is a wise decision if you come with family or friends so you can share the food and try a few of them at once!

Both deep-fried chicken thigh and Hong Kong style french toast are some of the most famous afternoon tea choice in Hong Kong. The deep-fried chicken thigh was so crispy and it is the best to come with a glass of Red Bean Fleecy. The Hong Kong style french toast comes with its classic partners- butter and syrup, just the same taste as you could taste in Hong Kong.

Various stir-fried dishes and noodle are no stranger to Hong Kong food lovers. Many of them look for "Wok Hei" comes with stir frying at high temperatures. I can find some "Wok Hei" from the crispy noodles and stir-fried noodles. The Cha Chaa Teng continues to introduce new menu from mains to desserts. I am already wondering what is my next personal favorite.
